Withdrawal policy
This policy explains exactly how withdrawals from a Bryzenta account work: the methods available, the checks we are required to perform, the timelines you can expect, the limits that apply and what to do if something takes longer than it should. By requesting a withdrawal you accept the terms set out below.
1. Introduction
The purpose of this policy is to give you a single, complete description of how funds leave a Bryzenta account. It complements the Deposit and withdrawal methods page, which lists the same methods with their fees and typical processing times. Where the two pages describe the same rule, they say the same thing, because they are maintained together from one source.
2. Available withdrawal methods
Withdrawals are available to a UK bank account, to a Visa card where your issuer supports it, and to an external USDT address over the TRC-20 network. Every method is free of platform charges. Withdrawals are only sent to destinations in your own name, or to a digital-asset address you have explicitly confirmed with your manager, and a first withdrawal to a new destination always goes through a confirmation step.
3. Processing times
Bank transfers are normally received within one to three business days, card withdrawals within one to five business days, and USDT TRC-20 withdrawals within 24 hours of approval. The clock starts when a request is approved, not when it is submitted, and requests are reviewed on working days. Factors that can extend a timeline include additional verification checks, public holidays, and the processing schedules of the receiving bank or card issuer, which sit outside our control.
4. Fees and charges
Bryzenta charges no fee for making a withdrawal, on any method, at any plan level. Third-party costs can still arise: a card issuer or bank may apply its own charges, and public network fees apply to digital-asset transfers. Any cost that we know about before you confirm a withdrawal is shown on the confirmation screen, and your manager will tell you plainly if a cost is uncertain.
5. Withdrawal limits
The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the method and is shown on the withdrawal screen before you confirm. There is no maximum withdrawal as such, but unusually large requests may be processed in tranches for security and banking reasons, and your manager will agree the schedule with you in advance. Plan levels set minimum deposits, not withdrawal ceilings, so moving from Basic to Premium does not change how you take money out.
6. KYC and AML checks
Before a first withdrawal, your identity must be verified in line with our AML / KYC policy: a government-issued identity document, proof of address and, where the checks ask for it, a short liveness confirmation. Withdrawal requests can also trigger routine re-checks, particularly after a change of bank details, a long period of inactivity or unusual transaction patterns. These checks are a legal requirement and protect your money as much as ours.
7. Reasons for delay or refusal
A withdrawal can be held or refused for a small, specific set of reasons: the destination details do not match the verified account name; the identity documents provided are invalid, unreadable or expired; an AML review is under way; the account is subject to an unresolved complaint or investigation; or a technical or regulatory reason outside our control applies. Whenever a request is held, we tell you which reason applies and what you can do about it, and a refusal can always be challenged through the Complaints procedure.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the bank, card or digital-asset details you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for telling us promptly if your contact details change. A withdrawal sent to correct, verified details that is then delayed by your bank is outside our reach, though we will help you trace it. For digital-asset withdrawals, always confirm the address character by character, because transfers on those networks cannot be reversed.
9. Cancelling or changing a request
While a withdrawal request is still marked as pending, you can cancel or amend it yourself from the dashboard or by contacting your manager. Once a request has been approved and dispatched, it can no longer be changed, because the payment is already with the bank, card scheme or network. If you change your mind at that point, the practical route is to wait for the funds to arrive and deposit again if you wish.
10. Support
Questions about a withdrawal go to [email protected], answered by the Client Support & Compliance team during Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays). The typical first reply takes usually under one business hour. When you write about a specific withdrawal, include the date, the amount and the method so the team can trace it immediately.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as methods, requirements or our procedures change. The current version is always the one published on this page, and material changes are announced to active clients by email before they take effect. The date of the version you relied on is recorded with your withdrawal request, so any question about which rules applied is answerable.
