Fraud warning
Our company takes all information and suspicions connected with fraudulent activity very seriously. From time to time we identify companies that use our name, or names similar to ours, without permission. This can cause confusion and spread incorrect information about our company and its services, so this page exists to help you tell the real Bryzenta from the copies.
Why we publish this notice
Fraudsters imitate brands because imitation works: a familiar name lowers a victim's guard. We publish this notice because our name is used in schemes we neither run nor control, because clients have asked us how to verify who they are dealing with, and because a warning in advance is worth more than an apology afterwards. If you have received an unexpected message about Bryzenta, or found a website that looks almost like this one, the sections below tell you what is real, what is not, and what to do next.
How to recognise a clone
Clone firms copy names, logos and even registration text, then change the details that matter: a slightly different website address, a different phone number, a request to send money to a new account. Warning signs: pressure to act "today only", promises of high or guaranteed returns, requests for remote access to your device, and any message asking for your password or one-time codes. We never ask for those, and no genuine firm guarantees returns.
How to verify you are on the real site
Bryzenta operates one official website, and this page is on it. Check the address in your browser bar and read it carefully, character by character: clones rely on domains that look almost right. Our emails come from an @bryzenta.org address. If anything does not match, close the tab and start again from your own bookmark or from the address printed in your documents.
If you suspect a clone
Do not share personal information, do not send money, and do not click links in the suspicious message. Write to [email protected] with what you saw, including the address or sender, and we will confirm within one business hour whether it is ours. If you have already shared details or money, contact your bank immediately, then write to us with the word URGENT in the subject line.
Where our responsibility ends
We work constantly to identify clone firms, and we emphasise that some may remain unidentified for a period of time. Clients should always verify the legitimacy of any company they deal with online before sharing personal data or entering into any business relationship. We are aware of cases of our name and personal details being misused for fraudulent purposes, which we cannot influence or control. While we sincerely regret the financial losses suffered by anyone affected, our company bears no liability for fraudulent operations carried out in our name.
Report suspicious approaches to [email protected]. Reports help us warn other clients, and every report is read by a person, not a filter.
