Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Bryzenta website and the services provided through it. The site is an informational and marketing platform: trading itself is executed with licensed entities through the connections the platform manages. By using the site you accept these terms, so please read them once, properly.
1. Use of the website and services
You may use this website and the associated platform for their intended purpose: learning about the service, registering an account, communicating with your personal manager, and using the analytical and automated tools provided. You agree to use the services lawfully and only for your own purposes. Where a service requires registration or verification, you meet those requirements before using it.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy the site's content for commercial reuse, resell access to the platform, misrepresent your identity or location, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to access systems or data that are not yours. Automated scraping of the website is not permitted without written agreement. These restrictions protect the service for everyone who uses it properly.
3. Marketing materials and information emails
From time to time we send service messages: verification updates, security notices, product changes and, where you have agreed to receive them, marketing about features we think will interest you. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and service messages are sent only about your own account, because those are the ones you need to receive.
4. Intellectual property
The Bryzenta name, logo, design, text and software on this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual-property law. You retain all rights in the content you provide, such as your documents and messages. Nothing on the site transfers any of our rights to you except the permission, revocable, to use the site as intended.
5. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. The policy describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you hold over it. If anything in this document appears to conflict with the Privacy Policy on data handling, the Privacy Policy prevails on that subject.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party websites, including exchanges named on our home page, for information and convenience. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or security, and a link is not an endorsement of everything a linked site does. Verify what you trust, especially before entering credentials anywhere.
7. Prohibited use
It is expressly prohibited to use the site or services for unlawful purposes of any kind; to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications; to attack, probe or overload our infrastructure or attempt to breach its security; to infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; or to use the platform in connection with the proceeds of crime. Breaches may result in immediate suspension and, where required, reporting to the authorities.
8. Support
Support is available at [email protected] during Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays), with a typical first reply usually under one business hour. Support covers the platform and its services; it never asks for your password, one-time codes or full card details, and any message that does should be reported rather than answered.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided as they are. While we work to keep information accurate, complete and available, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that market data will always be timely, or that any content meets your particular purposes. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and no statement constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bryzenta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including lost profits or data. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event, unless a higher limit is required by law, as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights as a UK consumer are unaffected.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Bryzenta against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the services, to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to anything caused by our own negligence or wrongdoing.
Other provisions
Changes. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes take effect when published on this page, and material changes are announced to registered clients in advance. The version in force for you is the one published when you used the service.
Assignment and severability. We may transfer our rights under these terms to a group company without reducing your protections. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest stands, and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as possible.
Governing terms. These terms are governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom, and disputes follow the routes described on our Complaints page, including recognised UK dispute-resolution channels where applicable.
