Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions our support team hears most, grouped by theme: general use, fees and results, platform features, risks, security, support, moving money, and where to read next. If your question is not here, write to [email protected] and a person will answer it.
General use
Fill in the short registration form on the home page or the Create account page, with your name, email and phone number. Your personal manager then calls you, usually within 24 hours, to confirm your details and plan the next steps.
You need to be over eighteen, a UK resident, and able to deposit from £300. No trading experience is required; the platform is designed for beginners, and a manager walks you through every setting.
No. Bryzenta was built for people without professional trading backgrounds. The platform monitors the markets automatically, and your manager explains each setting in plain English before anything runs.
Yes. The full dashboard, including strategies, deposits and withdrawal requests, works on the mobile version of the site on phones and tablets, with the same sign-in and security.
Fees and results
Registration and the monthly platform fee are both free. Trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50%, and deposits and withdrawals are free of platform charges. The full tables are on the Fees and pricing page.
Every applicable fee is shown on the confirmation screen before you commit a transaction. Your dashboard also lists the commissions actually charged, so what you paid is always visible after the fact.
No, and any figure on this site is an illustration rather than a promise. Trading carries the risk of losing part or all of the amount you invest, and past performance does not indicate future results.
Platform features
It monitors chosen markets continuously, analyses price behaviour with AI tools, and executes trades according to the strategy settings you agreed with your manager. You are not required to place individual trades manually.
Yes. The assets watched, the conditions acted on and how you are notified are all configurable, and your manager helps you set them so that you understand what each choice means.
Notifications reach you by email and in your dashboard, with the urgency you chose in your settings. They are there to keep you informed, not to push you into quick decisions.
Risks
Yes. All trading involves risk, and you can lose part or all of your deposit. The Risk disclosure page describes each risk honestly, and we ask every client to read it before funding an account.
No. The system can pause activity when markets turn excessively unstable, which reduces certain kinds of exposure, but it cannot remove market risk or prevent losses in falling markets.
Your trading is funded from your deposited balance, so that balance is your exposure. Many clients start with the minimum £300 for exactly this reason, and add later only if the experience suits them.
Security and your account
Two-step verification, encryption in transit and at rest, login alerts for new devices, session control you can revoke yourself, scoped API permissions and a full audit history. The Security page explains each system.
Deposits and withdrawals move between accounts in your own name under verification checks described in our AML / KYC policy. Withdrawal destinations must match your verified identity, and first withdrawals to a new destination are confirmed with you.
Recovery is verified by our support team using your onboarding documents, never by an automated reset link alone. Write to [email protected] and a named person will handle it with you.
Help and support
During working hours the typical first reply is under one business hour. Support operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time, excluding public holidays.
Write to [email protected] describing what you did and what happened. If anything about your account security concerns you, change your password first and mark your message URGENT.
Yes. Your personal manager is your standing point of contact for settings, deposits, withdrawals and anything unclear, and you can request a call at any time through the dashboard.
Money in and out
By Faster Payments bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard (all free and normally instant), or by USDT TRC-20 transfer (free, within 24 hours). Your manager walks you through the first one.
Bank transfers normally arrive within one to three business days, card withdrawals within one to five, and USDT within 24 hours of approval. The Deposit and withdrawal methods page lists every option.
There is a minimum per method, shown before you confirm, and no fixed maximum. Very large requests may be processed in agreed tranches for banking and security reasons.
