Getting started: your first steps
This guide walks you from a blank registration form to a running account, one step at a time. By the end of it you will have an active account, a verified identity, a funded balance and strategy settings you actually understand. Nothing here needs prior trading experience, and your personal manager accompanies every step.
Introduction: what this page is for
Most trading guides assume you already know what an API key is and why anyone would want one. This one does not. It was written for the person our platform is actually built for: someone with a job, a family and no desire to spend evenings reading charts, who would still like their capital to be more active than it is in a savings account. Every step below tells you what to do, why it matters, and what "done" looks like, so you can measure your own progress.
You can move through the four steps in a single sitting or across a week; nothing expires and nothing is rushed. The only fixed point is the first phone call, which happens within 24 hours of registering. Everything else is arranged around your calendar, and your manager will happily repeat any explanation until it lands.
Step 1: Register your account
Fill in the registration form with your name, email address and phone number, and choose a password you do not use anywhere else. The account exists immediately, but nothing else happens until your manager calls, usually within 24 hours, to welcome you and confirm your details.
During the call it is worth switching on two-step verification together: an authenticator app on your phone takes two minutes to connect and protects the account from the most common kind of takeover. Keep your recovery codes on paper, somewhere safe, and never share them or your one-time codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Bryzenta.
Step 2: Connect your exchange access
Automated activity runs through connections to the exchanges where execution happens. With your manager, you create an API key on the exchange side and enter it into the platform. The key is scoped: read access lets the platform see your balance, trade access lets it execute, and withdrawal permission stays off unless a strategy genuinely needs it.
The golden rules are simple. Create the key yourself, never let anyone create it for you, give it the narrowest permissions that work, and paste it only into the official platform. If a connection starts behaving oddly, disconnect it first and ask questions second.
Step 3: Configure analysis and monitoring
Next you choose what the platform should watch: which assets, which market conditions, and how you want to be told about movement. This is a conversation, not an exam. Your manager translates each setting into plain English and records what you agreed, and you can start conservative and widen later.
Monitoring then runs continuously, and notifications reach you by email and in the dashboard. The purpose of the alerts is awareness, not urgency: you should know what your account is doing without feeling you must watch it.
Step 4: The dashboard and staying in control
The dashboard is where everything lives: balance and valuation, active strategies and their recent results, open notifications, deposit and withdrawal screens, and the security settings from step 1. It is worth ten unhurried minutes with your manager on a screen share the first time, so you know where everything sits before you need it.
From there, the rhythm is yours. Many clients check the weekly summary and nothing more; others watch closer during busy markets. Whichever you choose, review your settings with your manager at a regular interval, because settings that made sense three months ago may not match your situation today.
Your first week, at a glance
| When | What happens | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0 | You register; the account is created | Name, email, phone number |
| Within 24 hours | Your manager calls to welcome you and plan the next steps | Twenty minutes and your questions |
| Day 1–2 | Identity verification and exchange connection | Passport or driving licence, a recent statement |
| Day 2–3 | First deposit and strategy settings agreed | From £300, by bank transfer or card |
| Day 7 | First weekly summary lands; review call if you want one | Nothing but a cup of tea |
Important notes
Two things this guide must say plainly. First, nothing in the platform guarantees profit: markets carry risk, strategies can and do lose money, and any projection you saw before registering was an illustration, not a promise. The Risk disclosure page describes the risks in full. Second, every investment decision on this account remains yours: the platform executes according to settings you approved, and your responsibility for those settings does not transfer to your manager, however helpful the manager is. If those two sentences are not comfortable, the right move is to stop here and ask more questions first.
One reassurance about the pace: nothing on the platform rewards speed. A first deposit made on day one is not better than one made in week three, and a strategy configured carefully beats one configured quickly every single time. The clients who do best here are the ones who understood their own settings before pressing start, and every resource on this site, including your manager, exists to get you to that point at your own speed.
